  15. 1 tablespoon Potato Sev
  16. Apple slices 2
  17. Coriander Chutney
  18. Coriander
  19. Green chillies
  20. Rock Salt
  21. Dates Chutney
  22. 250 gms Dates stoned and roughly chopped
  23. 1/4 cup Jaggery
  24. 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  25. 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies paste
  26. Rock Salt
  27. 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mango Powder
  28. 1 tablespoon Ghee
  29. Peanuts Chutney
  30. 3 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts Powder
  31. 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  32. 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies
  33. Rock Salt per taste
  34. Pinch sugar

Instructions to make to make Falahari Katori Chaat

  1. Katori Preparation: Mix Sago, boiled potatoes, green chillies paste, roasted peanuts powder,Samo Flour,rock salt and make a dough.
  2. Make a katori from Dough. Any plain bowl in kitchen can be used to get the shape.
  3. Deep fry the Katori in oil.
  4. Toppings Preparation: Boil Sweet Potato slices in Jaggery syrup
  5. Once boiled,mix them up with rock salt and grated green chillies and Dry Mango Powder.
  6. Cut Cucumber into small square/rectangular shapes and top them up with rock salt, dry mango powder and grated green chillies.
  7. Mix Greek Yogurt with cumin powder.
  8. Green Chutney - Grind coriander, green chillies, rock salt and form a paste
  9. Dates Chutney - Cut Dates into small pieces. Boil these pieces in water and mix rock salt, jaggery, cumin powder, green chillies grated. Keep cooking until a thick paste is formed. Top up with ghee.
  10. Peanuts Chutney - Grind Roasted Peanuts Powder, yogurt, green chillies and rock salt to form a paste
  11. Presentation : Place Katori on a clean plate.
  12. Place sweet potato slices in katori.
  13. Place cucumber pieces on sweet potato slices
  14. Top up with yogurt, Green Chutney, Dates Chutney, Peanuts Chutney, fried peanuts and potato Sev and an apple Slice.
