  8. 1/2 Bowl Coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp Salt or according to taste
  10. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  11. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  13. 1 Lemon juice
  14. 4-5 Spoon oil
  15. 10-15 Curry leaves
  16. 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

Instructions to make to make Breakfast (Sabudana Pulao)

  1. Firstly wash sabudana 2-3 times and then soak into overnight. Sabudana should be separate and moist drain water.
  2. Take a kadhai fry peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside..Then fry potato and cook until soft. Add fry capsicum. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and saute.
  3. Add tomato, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, salt, and mix well and cook few minutes. Mix sabudana and cook 8-10 minutes in low flame. When sabudana looks transparent add garam masala, peanuts, lemon juice and mix it well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot tea....😋😋
