  1. Pumpkin sabzi......Take a vok. Add ghee then add cumin seeds and curry leaves
  2. Let them spultter. Then add tomato puree mix well then add ginger paste cook it for 2 mnts
  3. Then add salt and red chilli powder and cook the gravy till it reduce oil.
  4. Then add cut pumpkin, mix well add water as required.
  5. Cover the vok and cook the pumpkin on medium flame.
  6. After some time add sugar and dry mango powder mix it properly and cook for another 5 mnts
  7. Garnish with green coriander leaves
  8. For aloo raita.... take a bowl. Add whisk curd
  9. Add cubbed boiled potatoes. Add salt and black pepper to taste
  10. For pranta.....take a big plate add aatta and boiled mashed potatoes.
  11. Then add spanich leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, some carom seeds
  12. Mix properly and knead it in smooth dough by adding a little bit of water.
  13. Then a small ball from dough and roll it in shape of Parantha with roller pin. You can also roll Parantha with your hands on a plastic sheet.
  14. Heat up a tawa. Placed Parantha on it cook it properly from both sides by applying ghee on it
  15. The fasting meal is ready. Enjoying it.
