  1. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes in it. Heat a deep pan put makhana in it and roast them on low flame about 1 mins. Take a mixi jar put makhana n green chilis grind together. As shown in the picture.
  2. In boil potatoes add all spice powder, salt and grineded Makhan in it.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves mix everything well. Make medium size tikkies and keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan place tikkis n pour lil oil and shallow fry them till both the side turn light golden brown.
  5. Place tikkis in a plate, put chopped onion and tomato, pour green chutney and curd(in curd add sugar), sprinkle Aaloo bhujiya, red chili powder, cumin powder lil bit of salt. And enjoy with nachos.
