  1. Steam bottle gourd,Parwal,arbi and potato.Peel the skin of arbi.Cut horizontally.
  2. Shallow fry all the vegetables.In the meantime mix achari masala and oil.
  3. Stuff all the vegetables with achari masala.
  4. Heat oil (2 tb.spoon.) in a pan,add grounded masala(onion, tomato and green chilli)salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder. Saute.Cook it for about 4-5 min.Keep it aside.
  5. Before serving heat a tawa/griddle,arrange all the vegetables on it,add 1 tb.spoon.butter, masala and water (1 tb.spoon.) in the center,saute.Now add vegetables of your choice.Fry it from both the sides.
