  1. 3 tbsp Oil
  2. 2 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  3. 1 Tej Patta/bay leaf
  4. 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  5. 5-6 Green Cardamom
  6. 10-12 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  7. 1 inch Ginger (chopped)
  8. 5 Onions (Roughly chopped)
  9. 4 Tomatoes (Roughly chopped)
  10. 250 grams Paneer
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
  14. 1 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeera Powder)
  15. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  16. 1 tsp Amchur (dry mango)
  17. 1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
  18. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  19. 1 tsp Kitchen King masala (Optional)
  20. 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (Crushed with hands)
  21. 2 tbsp Butter
  22. 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
  23. 2 tsp Coriander leaves for Garnishing
  24. 1/2 cup milk

Steps to make to make Shahi Paneer

  1. In a pan, take 3 tbsp Oil. Once it's hot, add 2 tsp Jeera,1 tsp Cinnamon powder, 5-6 Green Cardamom. Ocne the Jeera starts sputtering, add 5 Onions. When the Onions are cooked, add 4 tomatoes, 10-12 Garlic Cloves and a inch of ginger. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add Half a cup of water and let the mixture, simmer for a minute.
  2. Now, let the mixture cool down and add the mixture in the Blending Jar and Blend it into a smooth paste. Strain the paste.
  3. Now take 2 tbsp Butter and add the Paneer cubes into it and roast it till all the sides are golden brown.
  4. Now take another 2 tbsp Butter, add 1 Tej Patta and add the Prepared Paste into it. Then add salt to taste and all the masalas, 2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder), 1 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeera Powder), 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Amchur powder, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Kitchen King masala and 1 tsp Kasuri Methi.
  5. Once it's cooked, add roasted Paneer and 1/2 a cup of milk. Now let it simmer for about two minutes and add some fresh cream.
  6. Now our delicious Shahi Paneer is ready, add Coriander leaves for garnishing. Enjoy!!
