  10. Then rest it for 1hr, after 1 hr, mix it well and put the pickle in a clean and dry jar
  11. Then cover it with cotton cloth and put the pickle jar under the sun for 2-3 days.
  12. Now ready to use, enjoy it with paratha, thepla etc.
