- Urad dal and rajma sock it over night.
- Then after socking over night, wash it at morning and put it in cooker.
- In the cooker add big cardamom, bay leaves,long, cinnamon,and salt then cook it on low flame and for 5-6 vessels.
- Then after cooking let the dal cook without led for 10 min.
- Till that make ginger,green chilli,tomatoes and garlic paste.

- Now take a kadhai add oil let it get heated add onion paste the after 2 sec add kashmir red chilli powder, turmeric powder and let it get cook till it get brown.
- Then add tomato puri,add salt and let the it cook tl the onions starts leaving oil.
- Then add dal which is cooked in kadhai and mix it well.
- Then add coriander powder,amchur powder and add water and cook for 5 min then add garam masala and butter and cook it for 10 min.
