- Firstly make purée
- Heat butter n oil in a pan
- Add all the ingredients of tadka one by one.
- Add haldi powder and chilli powder & immediately pour the purée in it. add little water to it.
- Add all the masalas to it except kasoori methi n coriander leaves.
- Cook and add cream to it.
- Then add crushed kasoori methi.
- Add paneer and pieces of cheese to it
- Mix well and add coriander leaves to it. Let it cook for 5mins on low flame.
- Serve in a bowl or plate. Garnish with grated cheese & coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapati phulka or rice.
