  1. 100 gm Hung Curd
  2. 300 gm Chicken
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  5. 1 tbsp Butter
  6. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  9. 1 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 drop red food colour(optional)
  11. 1 tbsp Tandoor Masala
  12. 1 tbsp Chat Masala
  13. 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  14. 1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves
  15. 1 tsp Mango powder

Instructions to make to make Chicken Tandoori

  1. Take 300gm Chicken pieces and cut lightly with a knife and also pat it.
  2. Now take a bowl and put all masala like 100 gm Hung Curd,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp red chili powder,1 tbsp oil,1 tsp turmeric powder, cumin powder,1 drop of red food colour (optional),Mango powder and 1 tbsp Tandoor Masala.
  3. Add 1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves and Mix it well.
  4. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice also and put the chicken pieces and dip into it.
  5. Keep it in fridge for at least 5 hrs or you can keep it for overnight for better taste.
  6. Now brush little butter in the high rack of microwave.
  7. Put the marrinated chicken pieces and cook it in micro + grill/combination mode for 25 mins.
  8. For more brownish colour,again grill it for 5 mins.
  9. Brush little butter and sprinkle some chat Masala. serve it hot with salad.
