  1. 1. Wash and soak the chana five hours, chop onions, make ginger garlic paste, make tomato paste,cut potatoes tnto cube shape. 2. Heat two tablespoons oil ina pressure cooker, fry the potatoes cubes till golden brown, take out and keep aside. 3. Add two tablespoons more oil in the cooker,add 3 cloves,fry 3/4 seconds, then take out. 4.Dd two bay leaves,fry 2/3 seconds, add chopped onions, fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste two tablespoons and fry 2/3 minutes till the aroma comes

Add chopped tomatoes and fry,add the dry spices and fry until oil separates and moisture dries up, add fried potatoes and chana, fry wiyh the spice mix for 3/4 minutes, add one glass water,cover the cooker and allow the cooker to give 7/8 whistles. Cool and open,add one tablespoon garam masala, a pinch of crushed casoori methi,give 5 minutes standing time,serve hot.
