  2. 1/2 cup blanched spinach
  3. 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. FOR tarts:
  7. 1.5 cups bolied and mashed potato
  8. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  9. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  10. 2 tbsp cornflour
  11. 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese(paneer)
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder
  16. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  17. 1 tsp garam masala
  18. For filling:
  19. 1 cup grated processed cheese
  20. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  21. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  22. 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  23. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  24. 1 tbsp oregano
  25. 1 tsp red chilli powder/chilli flakes
  26. as per taste Salt

Steps to make to make HaraBhara Tarts

  1. Mix all the ingredients of tarts along with green paste and mix well.
  2. Now divide in equal parts and make balls. Grease the muffin tray and put one ball in each cavity of tray.
  3. Now press with greased hand and make tart shape.
  4. Bake this for 10-15 minutes on 175℃ in a preheated oven.
  5. Mix all the ingredients of filling with light hand.
  6. Now fill it in the baked tarts and bake again for 5 minutes on 180℃. You can bake little more if you love melted cheese. Can add bolied corn, coloured bellpeppers.
  7. Relish it.
