Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Soya Paratha:
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour -
- 1/2 cup Soya granules -
- 1/2 Green chilli - chopped
- 4 Garlic - cloves(grated)
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder-
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder-
- 3/4 tsp Dry mango powder-
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala -
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves -
- as needed Oil for shallow frying
- 3 tsp Processed cheese
- as needed Tomato ketchup
- 1 Onion- medium(finely chopped)
Instructions to make to make Soya Paratha
- Boil water(4 cups) and salt in a pan,add soya granules into it and cook for 3-4 min.
- Wash 2 -3 times in water and squeeze.Keep aside.
- Heat oil (1 tb.spoon.),add grated garlic and green chilli and onion.Saute for 2 min.,add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder dry mango powder and garam masala.Mix soya granules into it.Cook for 2 min.Sprinkle coriander leaves over it.Let it cool.
- Take wheat flour,add salt and water little by little to make soft dough.
- Now divide the dough into 6 portions.Take one portion,roll it about 4 inches dimeter, fill it with soya mixture and close it from all sides.Again roll it carefully like a chapati.
- Heat a tawa or pan, shallow fry with the help of oil this stuffed paratha from both the sides.
- Your delicious paratha is ready to serve.Make cut marks with the help of a knife,fold half of all the petals lengthwise.Sprinkle cheese in the centre.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup as children love tomato ketchup and cheese both.
