  18. 4 tbsp Cornflour
  19. 1/2 tsp Salt
  20. 8 tbsp Water
  21. Coating
  22. 1/2 cup Cornflakes
  23. Sauce
  24. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  25. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  26. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  27. Vegeatbles
  28. 4-5 lettuce leaves
  29. 1 big tomato
  30. 2 onion

  1. First for making Tikki take a pan to that add 1-2 tbsp oil
  2. Now add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a minute. Add the boiled peas.
  3. Now to that add red Chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, amchoor powder, chat masala and mix that well.
  4. Now mash boiled potatoes. Mix that well with sauted peas
  5. Cook potato mixture on medium high flame. Now add some salt as per taste.
  6. After adding salt add cornflour for binding. Mix that well. Now add bread crums in mixture so that Tikki is also crispy from inside.
  7. Remove the mixture and let that rest for 15 - 20mins.
  8. For cornflour slurry mix both cornflour and water togheter with some water.
  9. For cornflakes crumb add cornflakes in mixer grinder and grind it to a coarse flakes.
  10. Now divide mixture into 8-9 Patties. Shape them well with your hands.
  11. Now take a Patty and dip it in cornflour slurry. Coat it with cornflakes crumbs. Now again coat them with slurry and again coat it with crumb to have double coat.
  12. Deep Fry them in oil until they are golden brown and crispy on a low - medium flame.
  13. Now for sauce add mayonnaise, red Chilli sauce and tomato sauce and mix that well.
  14. For vegetables take lettuce leaves,thinly sliced tomatoes and small rings of onion.
  15. Soak onion in some vinegar to have an awsome taste. Add salt and pepper on lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
  16. For assembling them take a burger bun divide it into lower and upper portion. Toast them only from inner side with some butter.
  17. Now to burger apply some prepared sauce in inner portions of both the buns. Add lettuce in one bun. Add a Tikki. Over that add a cheese slice, add more sauce on slice. Some more lettuce,tomato,onion.
  18. Cover that with another bun and press it gently.
