  2. For filling, take paneer crumble it with your hands add chopped mint& chili. Grated garlic & ginger & all dry masala.
  3. Mix all ingredients very well. Now take one portion of dough flat it thick. Now grease it & put the minimum ratio of stuffing in the middle of the flat peda.
  4. Now fold the peda like a ball again flat it with your hands & dip into dry wheat flour. now make chapati shape with a roller. Paratha should be a thick shape.
  5. Drop it on the pre-heated nonstick pan or tawa, keep it oil. Cooked at one side brush the oil & cook the other side.
  6. The flame should be on mid. When properly roast the paratha on both sides transfer it to a serving plate. For this method, we cook the next paratha.
