  11. 1 bunch mint leaves washed and pkucked
  12. 1/2 bowl chopped coriander leaves
  13. 2 Green chillies
  14. to taste salt
  15. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  16. 1/4 tsp mango powder
  17. Tangy water
  18. 1/4 bowl mango sabut flakes soaked in water for 4 hours
  19. 2 glass water
  20. to taste salt and red chilli powder
  21. Others
  22. 2 Boiled potatoes
  23. 1/2 bowl boiled white chane/ chickpeas
  24. 1/2 bowl boondi
  25. 1 packet semolina golgappa

Steps to make to make Pani Puri

  1. Boil tamarind, cool it and sieve the pulp. Add sugar, salt, black salt and boil again till it gets thick. Keep stirring in between. Add roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper and red chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes till all mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Grind mint and coriander leaves, green chilli and all other ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Mash soaked whole amchur pieces in water thoroughly. Sieve it and mix all masala ingredients and mix well. Add 3-4 tb spoon of mint chutney and boondi in it before serving.
  4. Mashed potatoes and add boiled chana and 4 tsp of tamarind chutney and mix. Now fill panipuri with potato mixture. Add tamarind chutney and then fill with tangy water and serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy yummilicious panipuri. It is a good appetizer also.
