  1. Mix besan with dry mango powder, turmeric, salt, ajawin, red cilli powder 1/2 tbs. Make a thick paste
  2. Now cut the stems of arbi leaves and rins them and dry them with a kitchen towel
  3. Place arbi leaves on a big plate and apply a thick layer of besan mixture. Place another leaves over the leaves and make a layers of 5 to 6 leaves
  4. Now roll it carefully and tie it with a thread.

  9. Now in a hot kadhai add mustard oil ant let it hot.. Put bay leaves and onion into the oil..
  10. When onion turned into golden brown add rest of spices and little bit of water andand cook them 5 minutes.
  11. Add salt and turmeric powder..
  12. Add tomato and cook until tomato turned into paste
  13. Add mustard paste and cook for 3 to 4 minute and add water as you want the gravy should be.
  14. Covered the led and cook it and lastly add the Wade of arbi leaves into this gravy and garnish with coriander leaves
  15. Serve with Rice or Roti
