- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- to taste salt
- Pinch dry mango powder
- Vegetable for assembling
- 1 big boiled potato
- 2 onion
- 2 tomato
- 3 tbsp capsicum chopped

- as needed Tomato ketchup

- Firstly keep all ingredients ready. Prepare green chutney. Soak kothmir and Purina in cold water for sometime. Take mixer jar, add kothmir, Pudina, green chilli, ginger, garlic, roasted gram, Sanchar, salt, sev, lime juiceand 3 ice cube. Grind it once. Then add cold water as required. And grind it to fine thick paste.
- Now boil the potato. Totally I have taken 4 big potato. 3 boiled potato for preparing stuffing. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, once splutter add cumin seed, garlic ginger chopped. Add green chilli. Cook for 1 min. Add capsicum, saute for 2 min. Add mashed potato. And Turmeric. Add grated beetroot. Add red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, salt and little water. Add little water. Cook for 2 min. Stuffing is ready.
- Vegetable onion, tomato, and potato, cut into round shape. Capsicum chopped.
- Take 2 bread slice apply butter in 1 bread and spread some tomato ketchup. Other bread Apply green chutney. Place potato stuffing over green chutney spread bread. On other bread place vegetable like onion, tomato, potato. Close the bread. Apply butter on top bread.
- Heat tawa, apply little butter. Place the sandwich and toast till the down part turns brown. Flip the bread likewise cook other side till brown color.
