Pachphoran is a mix of five spices used as tempering they are cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida, mustard seeds, carom seeds. At some places fenugreek seeds are also used in pachphoran. Boil the potatoes and peel them don't cut them only peel off the skin.

- After that make lemon size ball from the dough in round shape. Then press it and roll it like a poori. Heat up enough oil in a pan once got piping hot start frying the pooris. Add a poori at a time gently press it splash some oil on it. When it puffs up flip it to the other side. Cook till both the sides get beautiful brown colour then tske it out.
