- 1/4 cup Peanut
- Pinch chat masala
Steps to make to make Makhana Bhel
- Let’s take the pan, add ghee in it, make it hot and then add makhana and roast them until they crisp. Let’s add, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chat masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black salt, normal salt and mix it well. Again roast them for 1-2 mins on lower flame.
- Let’s transfer the roasted makhana into a bowl and make them cool. Once they are cold, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, sweet corn, chopped raw mango, peanuts, chat masala, salt, green Chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped green chilli and mix it so well. Now add chopped coriander, some nylon sev and mix it well.
- Now the Makhana bhel is ready and serve it with the nylon sev on top of it. Tip: Please make sure your serve it immediately. Don’t keep it sometime before you serve it otherwise Makhana will get soggy.
