  3. Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard and fennel seeds. When seeds splutter, add peanuts and roast for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, mango, cumin and coriander seeds powder and saute for 30 seconds.
  5. Now add all lentils and saute for 2 minutes. Add rice and saute for 1 minute. Add water and mix and place the lid and cook for 10 minutes after first whistle on medium flame. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
  6. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves with mint curd raita and pickle.
