- 1/2 cup Tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste

- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
Instructions to make to make Bun Kabab
- Soak lentil for few hours or overnight.
- Peel and dice potatoes.
- Cook together lentil and potatoes till tender and water dries up.
- Mash them well.
- Add in all the spices and mix well.
- Make kababs.
- Dip in egg.
- Roll in crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Shallow fry kababs till light golden.
- Mix together sauce ingredients.
- Slice all the vegetables.
- Toast the buns.
- Keep a kabab and vegetables and drizzle sauce on bun.
