- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour for dusting
- as needed Water for kneading
- 5-6 spoon Ghee for frying
Steps to make to make Gobhi paratha
- First make a medium soft dough with the wheat flour and water. Cover and keep aside.
- Wash the whole cauliflower and dry with kitchen towel or drain overnight.
- Grate the whole cauliflower with a hand grater or in a food processor. (I would recommend using a hand grater).
- Then add all the ingredients for the filling to the grated Gobhi.
- Mix well, and immediately start using it to fill the paratha’s.
- Take a big size Dough ball, dust in dry flour, roll to the size of a puri.
- Dust the filled dough ball in dry flour on both sides and then roll it till it is evenly thick on all sides.
- Place it on a hot Tawa and cook on both sides.
- Finally apply ghee(1/2tsp) both sides and fry.
- Serve very hot with Curd /Pickle/chutney/Tea.
