- 1 tsp green chilli pickle
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp hing
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp coriander jeera powder
- 2 tsp jaggery
- 2 piece kokam
- as required Ghee to apply on roti
- as required Water
- as peer taste salt
- As Required Chopped fresh coriander

- Cook rice and keep aside.. Take wheat flour and knead a dough to make rotis..
