  15. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  1. Cut the cauliflower florets into medium size, cut potatoes into thin slices, blanch them together for 5-6 mins. Keep it aside.
  2. Make a paste of coriander leaves,.onion, garlic, green chillies by adding little water and keep it aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add 2 dry red chillies, add cumin seeds, fry it for 1 minute. Add the coriander onion paste and sauté it well for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add some grated ginger and again fry it for 1 min, lower the flame, add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, aamchur powder and fry it masala well for 4-5 mins.
  5. Next add green peas, mix it well with the masala, add the blanched cauliflower & potato and fry it for 2-3 mins.
  6. Now add around 1.5 cup of warm water, bring it boil, cover and cook on a medium flame for 7-10 mins or until the cauliflower & potato soften, stir occasionally in between.
  7. Once the cauliflower & potato are almost cooked, add garam masala powder, black pepper powder & lemon juice, mix it well, cover and cook for another 2 mins and it's ready to be served.
