  2. 300 gms Mutton Mince
  3. 1 Onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
  6. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1 tsp Garlic minced
  10. 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
  11. 1 tbsp Oil
  12. FOR THE VEG FILLING -
  13. 1/2 cup Corn Kernels
  14. 1/2 cup Green Peas fresh
  15. 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  16. 1 Onion finely chopped
  17. 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
  18. 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
  19. 2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
  20. 1 tsp Ginger grated
  21. 1 tsp Dry Mango powder or Amchur
  22. 1 tbsp Oil
  23. 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  24. FOR THE CHEESY FILLING -
  25. cubes as required Cheese
  26. 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

  1. Make the Mince filling by sauteeing all the ingredients nicely. I made all three types of Pockets or Parcels.
  2. Prepare the Veg filling by sauteeing everything well. Stir fry them on medium-high heat until just done with all the spices added.
  3. For the Cheesy Pockets, just put a small cube of cheese in the center and close it up as shown in the pics. And for each Pocket, we need 2 Samosa Leaves. This is applicable for all the variations.
  4. Deep fry on medium-high heat until crisp and done. Serve them hot with any Dipping Sauce or our good old Kissan Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy!
