  3. Heat tawa on medium heat. Roll sorghum roti and transfer on the tawa. Flip after 30 seconds. Let it cook on other side and flip again after 30 seconds. Press it lightly with a roti press and the roti will puff up. Once cooked on both sides remove and brush some butter and serve hot with your favourite curry or yogurt. Enjoy !!
