- For Filling
- 2 cup any kind of sev / papdi/ gathiya
- 3 spoon white sesame seeds
- 2 spoon dry Coriander seeds
- 1 spoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 spoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 spoon turmericpowder
- 1 spoon dry mango powder
- 1 spoon chhat masala powder
- as per taste Salt
- 2 spoon cashunuts
- 3 spoon dates and tamerrind chutney
Steps to make to make Mini Dry Kachori
- Take all-purpose flour in mixing bowl add salt and 2spoon cooking oil rub oil into flour add little by little water and knhed soft dough keep aside and cover it.
- Except cashunuts and oil take all filling ingredents in a blender and blend them in course form. Now add the cashunuts crushed coarse keep aside the mixture.
- Divide the all-purpose dough into equall small size balls. Or make a big sized balls. Make a big roti medium sized. With the rolling pin on rolling pad and cut into small circle shape with cutter.
- Here I have use stainless glass and make small size puri.
- Now put in plate all cutting circles add a spoonful filling in and seal edges carefully make small balls.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil and fry on low flame till golden in colour
- Drain and cool down. Serve with tea coffe or any chutney. Store it in air tight countainer.
