- 11 /2 cup Maida/All-purpose Flour
- 1 egg
- as needed Water
- to taste Salt

- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- as needed Oil for frying

- TO BOIL THE CHICKEN: Combine in a pan chicken, whole spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, water and boil the chicken till tender. shred the chicken and keep aside.
- To make the filling for the rolls: In a pan add oil, add onions and fry. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute further. Once the onions and ginger-garlic is cooked add pepper powder and saute.

- Once all the pancakes are made, put a tbsp of filling in it and roll it, closing the ends
- Once all the rolls are made, coat each roll with egg first and then breadcrumbs.
- Next shallow fry the rolls in a pan on both sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
