  1. 250 gms Arbi
  2. 1/2 tbsp Carom Seeds
  3. 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  4. 1 Pinch Asafoetida
  5. 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  6. 1/4 tbsp Garam Masala
  7. 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 1/2 Dry Mango Powder
  9. 1/2 tbsp Salt
  10. 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil
  11. 1 Chopped Green Chilli
  12. 1/2 Bowl Chopped Coriander leaves

Steps to make to make Arbi (Masala Arbi)

  1. At first wash Arbi then boil in pressure cooker. Cook it for 3 whistles. Then Cut into small pieces.
  2. Now heat a kadhai add 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil add carom seeds, Asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chilli and immediately add arbi. Mix it well.
  3. Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder. Mix well do not cover the lid then cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once it is completely cooked and a little crispy add garam masala powder and mix well. Also, add some chopped coriander leaves and green chili. Mix it well and cook for a minute. Then switch the flame off and serve hot. Enjoy with Chapati or Parantha.
