- In a pan,take oil add the groundnuts and fry till golden brown and add to the poha.Next,in the same way fry dried coconut till brown,gram dal till it becomes reddish and add to the poha.In the same oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chillies and fry till green chillies become crispy and finally add turmeric powder and mix and add tadka to the poha.To it add coriander powder.
- After it cools down,add salt,sugar,khuskhus,dry mango powder and mix everything slowly and taste.Poha chivda is ready.
