- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 spoon Fresh cream
- as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make to make Lauki kofta
- Grate lauki and squeeze out all excess water from it. Then add all above-mentioned ingredients to it. Mix it well. Now fry this kofta on medium flame till it becomes golden brown in color and crispy and crunchy. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it sputter for few seconds. Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it. Add ginger,garlic and chilli paste to it and saute for a while. Add asafoetida. Then saute onion puree untill it becomes golden brown in color. Then add tomato puree to it. Saute till rawness goes away from it.
