  3. 2 cups Falooda Sev
  4. 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
  5. 1 1/2 cups Mango puree
  6. 2 tsp Butter
  7. 6-7 big scoops Ice-cream
  8. 2-3 tbsp slivered Mixed Nuts
  9. 1 pack Mango Jelly Crystals

  1. Boil milk with sugar and allow it to chill in the refrigerator. Now boil the sev as per package instructions and set aside.
  2. Soak chia seeds in enough water for 15 minutes until plump and done. For assembling the falooda, take 6 tall serving glasses. Add a tablespoon of chia seeds in each. Followed by the falooda sev. Pour the chilled milk on top as well as the slivered nuts. Also set Mango Jelly as per the package instructions.
