  14. 1 tsp Chat Masala

  16. 3-4 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves

  1. Heat Oil and add the Cumin, Coriander and Fennel seeds along with Asafoetida followed by the Moong Daal. Roast until it gives a nice aroma on a low heat.
